The Montreal Canadiens and the Toronto Maple Leafs will meet on the ice on October 8 to kick off the 2014/15 NHL season, and the Stanley Cup odds at the sportsbooks heading into the campaign have one of them listed as the top Canadian team.
And that team is Montreal, with the Habs leading all Canadian clubs with a line of 18/1 on the Stanley Cup odds at online sportsbook Bodog heading into the season. Montreal will be looking to build on their run to the Eastern Conference final last season.
